I work with preteens, teens, and adults experiencing life’s challenges, primarily trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and (my specialty) navigating ADHD and autism. While these are my primary focuses, they are not the only topics and concerns I work with. I have a strong history of working with individuals and their families through a variety of difficulties, such as divorce, separation, financial struggles, infidelity, and more. If you are hoping to work with me and don't see your concern mentioned here, you can still reach out. My goal is always to help.
My most utilized modalities are always person-centered and trauma-informed, tailored to suit the needs of the individual. I typically integrate CBT, psychodynamic, psychoanalysis, narrative-focused, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and strength-based approaches my practice.
My job is to support you or your loved one. More than anything, I aim to provide a place of safety and comfort for all of my clients. All sexual and gender orientations, relationship types, and faiths are welcome and safe in my care. It would be a privilege to work with you.
