About
Every one has come face to face with the fear of failure, or defeat. The fear that says we aren't good enough. We have been trained either we win or we lose, there are no other options. I challenge you to see the line between and give yourself permission to stand there, learn there, grow there. You only lose when you don't give yourself permission to take in the whole experience and receive from it.
In addition to individual and family counseling, we offer group counseling as well. iBreathe...is a series of groups that offer support through all life throws at us. Some of the groups offered are iBreathe through... Trauma; Sexual Abuse; Grief; Anxiety. These groups focus on one specific topic and last for eight weeks.
There is no need to continue to go at it alone. No matter how long you have dealt with your struggles, there is help. At Changing Faces, our stance is every individual is only limited by what they believe. If you change your perspective, you can change your life. Let's talk...
