Hi, My name is Chimela Soublet. I am an LPC, and board approved supervisor. I have a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health & School Counseling. I have worked as both a Mental Health & School Counselor, and in private practice. I use client-centered therapy with a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness therapy. I have experience in working with clients in areas of: anxiety, depression, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, grief issues, relationship issues, and much more. I have worked with a wide range of clients from different backgrounds and ages.
My style of therapy is personal and compassionate. I offer genuine, positive regard for all of my clients, and provide a non-judgmental, safe space for you. Since you are an expert on your own life, Together, we can create goals and solutions that are going to work for you. I also provide supervision for PLPC's seeking licensure.
