I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (PC007093) working in the state of Pennsylvania. Working in the mental health field since 2007 has allowed me the honor of working with a broad spectrum of clients. Upon completion of my MS from California University of Pennsylvania, I gained extensive experience working in substance abuse treatment. I entered the private practice realm in 2014 where I began treating individuals, children, and families in an outpatient setting.
In 2017, I attended the Albert Ellis Institute in Manhattan where I obtained my Primary Certification in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. In 2022, I returned to the institute to complete my Advanced Certification.
I help my clients to identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and assist them to change their thinking in order to experience healthier emotions and behaviors. I provide my clients with an open and non-judgmental atmosphere where they can feel comfortable to express themselves. I am down to earth and have an excellent sense of humor.
