Our team of providers use an integrative approach to meet each client where they're at in their therapeutic journey, and collaborate with each individual to create a healthy path forward.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults. While I use a variety of approaches (including AEDP, Existential Theory, Attachment Theory, and CBT), ultimately I like to let our work together inform which approach suits our time best. I am knowledgeable about trauma-informed practice and bring a lot of my own life experiences into the sessions, through my work as a teacher, professional firefighter, and professionaI musician.

I am currently a Supervisee of Social Work with over 21 years of experience working with adults, children and couples. I have a vast knowledge of mental health as it relates to individuals, disadvantaged populations, groups and couples. My specialty also surrounds social work, child protective services, Foster care juvenile justice systems and special education. My Job is My Passion, My Ministry. I too have experienced difficult life situations, trauma and grief. I didn’t start my life with all of these titles. I had to work hard for each one of them. Through every challenge, every struggle, every stumbling block, and every failure.

I enjoy working with college students as they manage the many transitions and stresses of university. I also have experience working with people of all age groups, on issues relating to stress and anger management, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress as well as LGBTQIA+ identified clients.

Dr. Grace Hadeed primarily offers Family Therapy, Marital Therapy, Education,Clinical Supervision and Individual/Professional Consultation. We also assist clients who have difficulty "launching" into adulthood. She offers therapy specializing in family and intergenerational systems, providing therapy to couples and families to address issues at the source.

I help address the root causes of behavioral disorders and mental health issues, whether stress in the home, work related stressors, physical, relational, etc. I use an array of psychotherapy modalities including child centered play therapy (sand, art, dance, music), cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, family counseling as well as industrial organizational psychology modalities for work related stressors. The goal is to decrease the behavioral disorders and / or mental health symptoms to restore optimal functioning in the home and work environment.
