Your most fulfilling life may not be what society has told you it should be. I am a gender affirming, queer-friendly therapist who celebrates and affirms neurodiversity. My clients describe me as warm, affirming, and unfiltered. My clients appreciate that I “don’t BS.” While I am always honest, I am also patient & gentle, especially with teens. I specialize in work with teens, young adults, and adults.
I personalize my approach to each individual client. Most of my clients will benefit from some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to quickly alleviate intense symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. My style is conversational and adaptable. I also provide consultation and support for the parents of autistic and ADHD kids.
I believe that therapy works best when you not only learn strategies and coping skills from your therapist, but when you feel truly seen and accepted for who you are- quirks, fears, insecurities and all. I can help you build the confidence in yourself to tackle the challenges that have you stuck. I will support you each step of the way.

Groups
Neurodivergent in a Neurotypical World
Building Self Awareness, Advocacy, and Confidence Through Connection This 16 week group is for autistic young adults. This will not be a social skills group. This will be a process-oriented group where you can connect with other neurodiverse people and lift each other up through greater understanding of your strengths, needs, and wants. Group will run on Thursdays 6:00-7:00 pm. Start date is tentatively February 16th with a planned last session of June 8. There will be no group on April 6th. The cost is $110 per weekly session.
