I am an LCSW with over 10 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and their families in their homes and as an outpatient therapist. I incorporate creative activities with evidence-based methods, drawing from a variety of techniques and approaches to include in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness based strategies.
