Yo! I’m Payton, I’m an openly queer + nonbinary human and my pronoun are they/she! I think that humans are the coolest. My philosophy as an Identity Doula + Healing Practitioner takes into consideration that every human and every situation is different, thus unique tools and approaches are required for unique people and things. Sessions with me will go beyond standard talk therapy, as it is my personal and professional opinion that humans often heal with art, movement, visuals, embodiment, activities, and music better than they do with standard talk therapy alone. (Try to think of this as fun and exciting, not scary or awkward!)

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 11 years of experience working in mental health care. I provide services to individuals and families. I specialize in the treatment of general anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and other OC spectrum disorders such as body dysmorphic disorder, hoarding disorder, hair pulling disorder, and skin picking disorder. My goal with clients is to empower them and give them tools to meet their goals, so that they can autonomously use these skills.

My name is Chelsi Williamson and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and a Certified Yoga Teacher (200 Hr). I specialize in children and families and I am trained in EMDR for trauma resolution. I love working with family systems, be it mothers, fathers, couples, children, teens, etc. I see things through a physiologically based trauma lens with a deep understanding of how trauma gets stored in the physical body.
