I joined Strouse Counseling and Wellness LLC in April 2021. I specialize in counseling for children, adolescents, and young adults. In my life and in my work I have engaged in and witnessed the power of spontaneous, authentic, creative self-expression and the releasing of emotions and past experiences through the Expressive Arts as a way to grow and heal. We come with an array of experiences, professionally and personally. We offer groups, individual, couples, and family counseling. We offer in-person sessions in our Sinking Spring and/or Royersford location.

Kaitlin specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families. Kaitlin takes a warm, direct, and active stance in working with her clients to support a shared and collaborative vision, tailoring her therapeutic approach to best fit the unique needs of each client. Kaitlin strives to help clients gain awareness into their patterns of behavior, as well as implement change to achieve the relationships and life they desire.

And when a parent’s warnings and worries don’t seem to have an impact on the teenager’s course, or when it feels too heavy to carry alone, it’s helpful to have another guiding force to help. Through counseling, an adolescent can feel understood, begin to understand themselves, and learn to understand and accept their role in the family and society.
