Hello! We are a Holistic full service practice that currently includes 10 therapists, a certified Hypnotherapist, and a Parenting Practitioner. We offer therapy as well as immersive experiences with a high specialization through EMDR, somatic experiencing therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Hypnotherapy. We treat adults, adolescents, couples, families, and children starting at age 4. While all practitioners at the practice are united by a Holistic modality, we each specializes in different areas of treatment and are constantly expanding our skillset to benefit the community and individuals we serve.

I am Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with active licenses in Ohio, Hawai'i, & Texas. I am a trauma informed practitioner with 9 years of experience in Zen and Integral Psychotherapy, and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I am Safe Zone trained and affirming of all gender identities & expressions. I am experienced in supporting the LGBTQ+ community, and other communities of diverse relational norms. I am skilled in healing religious trauma and renewing spiritual connection.

Arbor Counseling is a group practice with several providers equipped to see people with a variety of needs across the lifespan. We treat children, adolescents, adults and families for anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, panic attacks, transition, grief, burnout, etc. Each of our providers have their own specialty but we all have a passion and respect for the healing potential of a person's faith and relationship with God that can be incorporated in treatment based on the requests of each person. I have been working with children and families in Cincinnati, Ohio for 8 years and love working with children to help them reach their goals for growth and healing. I provided therapy in schools, in a Christian community health center and in a clinical outpatient setting. I graduated with a Bachelors in Counseling from Johnson University and graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2014 with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am certified in Theraplay and Child Parent Psychotherapy. I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and am credentialed as an Ohio Infant Mental Health Practitioner.
