I enjoy helping clients build skills to succeed in life whether they are dealing with life stresses or serious mental health issues. I believe in using an integrated approach tailored to my client's needs. I work with adults, families, children aged 6 and up and teens. I also enjoy working with groups.

I have had the opportunity to work with adolescents, adults, and families in both individual and group settings. In my work with adolescents, I have provided care for children and teens who report issues regarding suicide, depression, anxiety, family concerns, and behavioral issues. I have training in art and play therapy and specialize in the unique needs that children and adolescents face. I utilize a strength-based approach with each individual to help them achieve their goals toward wellness. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor-supervisor in the state of Ohio and received her graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary.

My clients come to me because they are looking for ways to use their strengths to overcome the challenges that life has thrown at them, whether in their individual lives or in their relationships. I help them to deal with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, addictions, life transitions, and relationship issues of all kinds. Feelings of hopelessness, worthlessness, and helplessness often bring people into psychotherapy. I help children, adolescents, and adults individually or couples with emotional issues. I have provided therapy for variety of mental health issues in outpatient and community settings. My specialties include early childhood, trauma, sexual behavior problems, adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns. I utilize an array of therapeutic techniques and interventions to individually tailor to each clients' needs. She has experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, and depression. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. She is able to tailor your dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. In my 30 years of experience as a child and adult clinical psychologist, I have developed a diverse set of assessment and therapeutic skills, allowing me to provide optimal care to children, adults and families. I am a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), and my specialties include helping families going through the difficulties of divorce, parent coordination, preserving a cooperative and collaborative environment to keep the children's best interests a priority, and conducting court-ordered custody evaluations.
