Arbor Counseling is a group practice with several providers equipped to see people with a variety of needs across the lifespan. We treat children, adolescents, adults and families for anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, panic attacks, transition, grief, burnout, etc. Each of our providers have their own specialty but we all have a passion and respect for the healing potential of a person's faith and relationship with God that can be incorporated in treatment based on the requests of each person. We are usually able to accommodate whoever calls or will assist in finding someone who can help.

We are a group private practice with multiple therapists including EMDR and trauma informed clinicians. We also have a psychiatric nurse practitioner for medication management. We serve individuals, families, parents, couples, and groups. At Gestalt Columbus, we work alongside our clients to treat the whole person - mind and body. We understand the complexity of interpersonal relationships and the difficulty of changing established patterns with partners, family, friends and work associates. Hello! We are a Holistic full service practice that currently includes 10 therapists, a certified Hypnotherapist, and a Parenting Practitioner. We offer therapy as well as immersive experiences with a high specialization through EMDR, somatic experiencing therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Hypnotherapy. We treat adults, adolescents, couples, families, and children starting at age 4. While all practitioners at the practice are united by a Holistic modality, we each specializes in different areas of treatment and are constantly expanding our skillset to benefit the community and individuals we serve.
