I am a licensed Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University. I specialize in treating children and adolescents ages 3-12 navigate feelings they may have related to past trauma including but not limited to experiencing sexual abuse, witnessing domestic violence and experiencing physical, emotional abuse or neglect. My primary area of interest includes treating trauma (PTSD), dissociative disorders, anxiety and depression. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic interventions including Play Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Ego State Therapy, expressive arts, bibliotherapy and Sandtray.

Children, families and adults are very special to me. Children ages 0-10, pre-teens, teens, college students and adults of all ages. Parent/Giuardian involvement, both father and mother, is mandatory when working with children. I have extensive training and experience in trauma treatment, family therapy, ADHD assessment and treatment and anxiety. My areas of specialization include depression; anxiety; trauma issues including rape, incest and childhood/adult emotional, physical and sexual abuse, neglect and poverty; grief and loss; and life adjustment.

Regina Costantino, PhD, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Psychology, specializing in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University, her Master of Education degree from Ashland University in Special Education, and her undergraduate degree from Ursuline College in Psychology and Elementary Education. Dr. Costantino has experience working in community mental health settings providing therapy and conducting diagnostic assessments. She has worked as a therapist in an intensive home-based therapy program, working with youth and family with severe emotional and mental health needs. She also led educational and therapeutic groups with children and provided individual and consultation services. She has training in suicide prevention, behavior modification and parenting interventions.

David W. Anderson is a licensed professional clinical counselor with more than six years of direct service in a community mental health service agency as well as private practice. He earned a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a master's in Business Administration from Cleveland State University. He has focused on facilitating trauma-focused and general mental health assessments and counseling services primarily to teens who look to recover from adverse childhood conditions.

Heather Sniezek (owner/clinical director) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio who earned her Master of Arts from Ashland University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Psychology from Cleveland State University. Heather’s experience includes working in a private practice setting, inpatient psychiatric unit, grief counseling center, outpatient care, and in school counseling settings. Heather is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
