Since 1980 I have gained extensive experience helping/assisting individuals with a variety of life issues mental illnesses and psychiatric diagnoses. My expertise includes relationships, addiction, anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. I focus on providing opportunities to improve productivity, and the quality of life for individuals and groups. I consult with psychiatrists and other experts in the field, to provide quality and effective services.

I have been in the counseling and psychiatric field for over 40 years and continue to help clients with issues ranging from individual , marital, or family issues to problems with stress, anxiety, and depression from biological or other causes . I also specialize in treating childhood abuse , ADD/HD , Dissociative Identity Disorder,and chemical dependency. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Clinical Hypnosis are among the approachs I incorporate.
