I am the proud wife of a Disabled Marine Corps Veteran who is also an Ordained Minister. I am a mom, a daughter, an aunt, a sister, a friend, and a grandma (or 'Mimi' as I prefer). I am an Ordained Minister with The International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, and I have an identical twin sister! (I was the surprise baby Noone knew about) I have a 'Down-To-Earth'' Approach in my therapy and offer Professional Clinical Counseling for both Mental Health and Substance Abuse Disorders-from a Christian Worldview!

Engaging in therapy services and being willing to work through the process is an important aspect of the journey. I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and who have experienced trauma. Their needs include identifying and addressing their triggers, in order to develop the necessary skills to be able to process through their responses to trauma. Their goals include reducing their symptoms and learning how to manage their symptoms more effectively. They learn that each step on the journey builds endurance that increases our strength and resilience so that they build our capacity to persist.

Hello, my name is Elizabeth Wilde. I offer techniques to help reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and life transitions. The pain you feel is real, no matter how big it is. Maybe it’s just a murmur in the background, a void or emptiness, or something yelling right at you. Whether that pain is from some life-changing event(s) your life or it’s from something within your relationships and/or everyday life. No therapy jargon and no "Bobble Head Therapy". We define client goals, needs and wants. We address them promptly. There is no need to wait weeks to tell the client what I have figured out in the first 10 minutes of meeting them. I know from 37 years of clinical experience that clients are looking for ways out of their pain.
