Using a blend of traditional "talk therapy" and alternative therapies (such as mindfulness, somatic awareness, and creative expression) we collaborate for my clients' restoration of their natural wellness in mind, body, and spirit. Leah Blankenship (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced licensed professional counselor, who works with children, adolescents, adults, and groups. Her specialty interests include: women’s, men’s, and gender issues; career development; addictions; and trauma. She integrates art therapy, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), gestalt, and multicultural counseling into practice. She utilizes treatment approaches that are evidence-based and uniquely tailored to each client.
