Beth Gracey has over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families as an independently licensed social worker. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Master's degree in Social Work. She has been the Children's Program Coordinator at the County of Summit Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services Board for over 10 years. She serves as co-chair of the Summit County Youth Suicide Prevention Committee, and Summit County Trauma Informed Care Coalition. She is a Level One Certified Trauma Practitioner and certified perinatal mood disorder specialist.

By utilizing techniques in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), I combine logic, intuition, creativity, and empathy to reflect my unique approach, based in humanism, holism, and existentialism, and assist with achievement of therapeutic goals. I help with challenges such as developing behavioral and emotional self-awareness, learning and implementing adaptive responses to stressors, building effective interpersonal skills, establishing healthy expectations and boundaries, and instilling a sense of empowerment and resilience.

Lauren Kustec is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Akron and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. Lauren has experience working with individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and of all ages. Lauren has provided treatment to individuals with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, PTSD, personality disorders, and other mental health issues that impact daily living.

Counseling For Wellness believes that counseling is an individual experience. We practice a collaborative and person centered approach for an all-encompassing therapeutic experience; incorporating CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, yoga, nutrition, neuroscience, essential oils, community resources, reiki, and psycho-education.
