Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Brainspotting trained, I employ an individualized blended approach tailored to your unique needs. Specializing in trauma resolution, I work with children (ages 5-21), adults (21-65), and families dealing with attachment issues, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. These issues many times lead to a decreased self-worth and is an area we will focus, by addressing self-esteem and self-worth issues, we help you build a foundation of confidence and self-empowerment. Our collaborative work aims to cultivate a positive self-image, fostering lasting change in how you perceive and value yourself.
