I am a behaviorist at heart but that does not mean that my compassion, my irreverent style, or my humor are lost in my sessions. My goal is to join with my clients and pair an evidence based treatment with empathy and compassion for the most successful outcomes. I work with adolescents and adults specializing in feeding and food issues, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and parent coaching.

I have specific training in Maudsley Family Based Therapy(FBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Behavioral Activation as well as basic behavior modification. I have also recently written a curriculum for Parent Coaching for kids with picky eating.

Co-founding the Counseling and Wellness Group is my current passion project but I have worked in mental health for the past 10 years. I have worked in community mental health and in a specialty clinic for eating disorder treatment at all levels of care with both adolescents and adults.
