Our clinicians at Live Well are Telehealth (virtual) only. We are a full service mental health organization which means we offer both counseling and psychiatry. At Live Well, our providers hold a space for self-reflection. Trauma is powerful. When individuals experience trauma it is both a physical and psychological experience. It can shake us to our core and can change the way we perceive ourselves and our world. We may no longer feel that we can trust in others. Or we may feel that we are alone and we will never recover. We can experience intense emotions such as feelings of shame, guilt, hopelessness, worthlessness, anxiety, depression, anger and despair.
