I am a trauma informed practitioner with 9 years of experience in Zen and Integral Psychotherapy, and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I am Safe Zone trained and affirming of all gender identities & expressions. I am experienced in supporting the LGBTQ+ community, and other communities of diverse relational norms. I am skilled in healing religious trauma and renewing spiritual connection.

Hello! We are a Holistic full service practice that currently includes 10 therapists, a certified Hypnotherapist, and a Parenting Practitioner. We offer therapy as well as immersive experiences with a high specialization through EMDR, somatic experiencing therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Hypnotherapy. We treat adults, adolescents, couples, families, and children starting at age 4. While all practitioners at the practice are united by a Holistic modality, we each specializes in different areas of treatment and are constantly expanding our skillset to benefit the community and individuals we serve.
