With over 12 years of experience in the field, I specialize in helping college students, young adults, and couples who are struggling with relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem. I am especially passionate about helping young women find and rebuild body positivity, as I understand the immense pressures of social media comparison and online dating in today’s world. With rising rates of anxiety and depression in young people, I take pride in creating an inclusive, welcoming, and LGBTQIA+ allied practice.
As a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), I use a holistic approach to help you navigate stressors, stay grounded, and restore balance in your life. I am a person-centered and relational therapist, and incorporate modalities such as mindfulness, acupressure, CBT, the Gottman Method, and Attachment Theory.
I aim to provide a safe space for my clients to show up as their authentic selves. I welcome clients of all races, religions, genders, and sexual orientations. Healing can only happen without judgment, and when the mind, body, and spirit are in alignment. My goal is to help you restore your energy, and find balance in all aspects of your life.
