Hi, my name is Aaron C Knapp, and I am a Licensed Social Worker and a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant. I specialize in working with children and teens, 8-18 years old and their families as well as Adults. I have experience with this age group in a community mental health and residential setting, as well as having worked with juveniles who have been mandated for treatment due to juvenile delinquency through the courts. I feel that my experience with this age group’s needs from a developmental as well as lived experience has given me a unique perspective allowing greater therapeutic results. I am a School Psychologist that has worked in education for 21 years. I complete psychoeducational evaluations and screenings to help parents and students better understand their learning patterns and needs. Through assessment, a student's learning struggle can be identified so that the right path of intervention and services can be put into place. I work with parents/students to plan out an evaluation that will encompass their concerns and provide answers.

Kara Zepp is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She has a Bachelors of Arts in psychology from Bowling Green State University and a Masters of Arts of Education in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Akron. With over four years of experience in community mental health focused working predominantly with children and adolescents. She has experience working with clients who have experienced anxiety, depression, behavior difficulties, ADHD, and life change adjustments. She has training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

McKenzie Hays is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio who has been practicing since 2020. McKenzie fully believes in working alongside clients to create meaningful change and investing in a strong therapeutic relationship. Mental health is not always one-size fits all and McKenzie is passionate about working alongside someone to find what will be uniquely helpful for that individual. She often utilizes skills and techniques from DBT, ACT and Motivation Interviewing to fully understand the person in front of her as well as assist in achieving client goals.

Living in a neurodiverse world can be lonely, isolating, and anxiety-provoking. Supporting those needs for both the individual and their loved ones can bring a unique set of challenges and concerns, many of which can be difficult to understand by the outside world. Our therapists support clients in developing techniques to improve coping skills and self-confidence while embracing neurodiversity. Sessions are tailored toward individual needs and include a variety of hands-on techniques including yoga, music, and use of visual supports.
