The Grief Recovery Method is an educational intervention that provides both group and one-on-one support to address losses of all kinds and especially includes the death of a loved one. The Grief Recovery Method can be offered as a one-on-one service or a group experience. EMDR is another supportive technique/therapy used to address traumatic life experiences and life anxieties and stresses.
