My passion has always been to help children overcome both their inner emotional conflict as well as outward behavioral struggles. Although I have a traditional office setting offered year round, for those who are interested in a new approach to problem solving, I offer an alternative approach to traditional counseling by linking clients with horses during their sessions. Equine Assisted Counseling or equine assisted therapy, incorporates horses into families, and individual counseling sessions to facilitate emotional growth and learning.

I found my passion in working with families coming from hard places. I focus on family dynamics, generational patterns, and helping you choose the best steps to take moving forward. I can help support you in building boundaries, work on relationships, and learn how to deal with anxiety & stress.

Daytime openings available! I have experience working with young children, adolescents, and their families for the last 10 years. I have a background in working with children and families who have experienced significant changes in their family dynamic, behavioral issues, anxiety/depression, children who have experienced trauma, and individuals with developmental delays and Autism. My past work has guided me in teaching others techniques to improve management of their impulses and behaviors impacting their day-to-day functioning, as well as address anxious distress and emotional difficulties.

Living in balance is the ongoing goal I hope for my clients.
