I attempt to use an even measure of support and challenge; so that I can always validate feelings, but also assist and encourage my clients to make the necessary changes for success and happiness.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with specialized training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. With these qualifications, and my experience included, I can help struggling children and adults combat their intrusive thoughts, reduce anxiety and depression, and improve overall self-confidence and well-being.
