Chris Young received his master's degree in social work from the University of Kentucky and his bachelor's degree in psychology from Xavier University. He also received advanced training in psychodynamic therapy at the Cincinnati Psychoanalytic Institute. He provides individual therapy for adolescents and adults ages 15 and older. His areas of specialty include anxiety, adjustment issues, divorce, grief and loss, self-esteem issues and interpersonal and occupational strain and conflicts.

I am a School Psychologist that has worked in education for 21 years. I complete psychoeducational evaluations and screenings to help parents and students better understand their learning patterns and needs. Through assessment, a student's learning struggle can be identified so that the right path of intervention and services can be put into place. I work with parents/students to plan out an evaluation that will encompass their concerns and provide answers.

I have been a pediatric psychologist for 10+ years, working with child and adolescent patients (age 2-18) who have behavioral and/or physical health concerns. These problems often overlap and can reduce quality of life. I’ve helped children with a wide variety of presenting concerns, such as anxiety disorders, OCD, tic disorders, behavior problems, ADHD, sleep problems, chronic pain, feeding disorders, and functional abdominal pain.
