Hello! We are a Holistic full service practice that currently includes 10 therapists, a certified Hypnotherapist, and a Parenting Practitioner. We offer therapy as well as immersive experiences with a high specialization through EMDR, somatic experiencing therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Hypnotherapy. We treat adults, adolescents, couples, families, and children starting at age 4. While all practitioners at the practice are united by a Holistic modality, we each specializes in different areas of treatment and are constantly expanding our skillset to benefit the community and individuals we serve.

What challenges do you face? Everyone has strengths and encounters their own challenges. My passion is to work with adults and children struggling with relationships, behavior, inattention, life transitions, and more. I believe that working with parents is crucial to unite your home and create a healthy space for you and your family. I focus on strengths, build up self-esteem, and validate your emotions in order to successfully resolve the conflict you may be feeling and expressing. We can express our emotions in a multitude of ways. Allow me to help explore what those are.

Therapy needs to be special to each person, as each person experiences life from a different lens. My approach is to first get to know you as a person, understand your experiences, and then to decide what therapy techniques will work best for your healing and growth. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and utilize person-centered and humanistic approaches. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are trying to cope with anxiety, depression, bereavement, traumatic stress, body image and self-esteem difficulties, and challenges with life transitions.

Life can present us with difficulties and events that challenge our well-being and impact our ability to manage our life circumstances. There are times when we need guidance, support or assistance with processing these events, our thoughts and feelings, or help with making difficult life decisions. I provide counseling and therapy with a warm, caring and empathic approach. I highly value patient confidentiality, trust, understanding, and recovery. I believe that it is -in -and through the strong working relationship that develops between the client and the counselor that the healing of issues is achieved and the clients' goals are mastered.

Along the way I have completed extensive training programs, worked in psychiatric and addiction settings, and learned from many wise and experienced senior professionals. My knowledge and experience are combined with a respectful, down-to-earth approach where clients may feel safe and supported. Help is given to better understand problems as well as concrete recommendations are offered regarding how to better manage and overcome them. Tools are offered and taught. My approach both guides and collaborates with the client towards making healthier choices and implementing them.

Bailey Curnutte is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio and a certified Life Coach. Beginning the journey to self-healing and self-discovery through counseling can be scary, and Bailey believes in creating a supportive, empathetic environment that allows clients to begin this journey. She believes in taking a holistic approach and working with each client on an individual level, focusing on their specific needs, wants, and goals. Bailey specializes in treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, anger management, parenting, and relationship issues.

I work with individuals and couples with a variety of diagnoses/issues. I am trained in Hypnotherapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Gottman Couples Method Level 2, Attachment Focused EMDR and EMDR Flash. I also use CBT, DBT, Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and I am IFS informed.
