My role is to walk beside my clients as they find their own solutions. I bring a background from journalism, theater, film, event production, dj, and comedy writing to my practice. Clients can expect to be heard and encouraged with genuine empathy and faith in improving life experiences. The modalities I use most are positive psychology , cognitive behavioral, client centered, gestalt, Parent Child Interactive, and trauma informed. Hello! Owner/Therapist at Core Wellness, Amy Koziarski, LISW-S has been in the mental health field since 2002 and is passionate about healing trauma. She has an open, active, therapeutic approach. In addition to offering 60 minute sessions, Amy also offers EMDR Intensives available in 2, 3 or 4 hour increments. Longer sessions are available with special scheduling. In order to continue her passion as a therapist, mentor/educator and to better meet the needs of the community Amy expanded her practice to Core Wellness in 2022. Core Wellness has several therapists available for you, offering day, evening and weekend availability.

Bowling Green State University's Psychological Services Center (PSC) offers a broad range of mental health services to the NW Ohio community. Our staff of approximately 40 doctoral students in Clinical Psychology work under the close supervision of licensed psychologists who are BGSU faculty or adjunct faculty. Services are offered to individuals, couples, and families. The PSC embraces diversity and welcomes clients of any age, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, and/or disability status. Lauren Kustec is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Akron and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. Lauren has experience working with individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and of all ages. Lauren has provided treatment to individuals with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, PTSD, personality disorders, and other mental health issues that impact daily living.

Beth Gracey has over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families as an independently licensed social worker. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Master's degree in Social Work. She has been the Children's Program Coordinator at the County of Summit Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services Board for over 10 years. She serves as co-chair of the Summit County Youth Suicide Prevention Committee, and Summit County Trauma Informed Care Coalition. She is a Level One Certified Trauma Practitioner and certified perinatal mood disorder specialist.

Accessible Care: Allied Behavioral Health Services, Incorporated offers day, evening, and weekend appointments. Our experienced staff is comprised of clinicians who have broad and varied expertise in treating a full range of mental health and substance abuse problems, and working with diverse populations of clients.

Counseling For Wellness believes that counseling is an individual experience. We practice a collaborative and person centered approach for an all-encompassing therapeutic experience; incorporating CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, yoga, nutrition, neuroscience, essential oils, community resources, reiki, and psycho-education.
