Everyone has the power within themselves for positive change, sometimes we just need a little guidance and new tools to get there. I treat preteens and adolescents as well as adults and families with individual, group and family therapy. I work closely with people to identify their specific needs with a focus on the mind/body connection and healing from a holistic and cognitive behavioral approach. My greatest desire in my work is to help others reach their full potential and see positive change in their lives.
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents struggling with substance abuse, kids hurting from divorce, angry teens, frustrated parents and those suffering from anxiety and depression. Also, I offer evening appointments to accommodate those whose schedules are busy during the daytime hours.
