Board Certified Psychotherapy services provided plus NYSOP approved Clinical Supervision toward LCSW. We provide EAP services as well. Our office is private inside a modern professional ADA accessible building with an elevator. Our therapists are seasoned experienced NYS Licensed and Registered Psychotherapists who works with children 3+ adolescents, adults, couples, older adults, and provide marriage and family counseling. Destigmatizing mental health is one of the biggest challenges we face in todays society. Many individuals are reluctant to seek treatment due to fear of how they may be perceived by their family, friends, and/or any person that plays a significant role in their life. I am a clinician in both Connecticut and New York. I had extensive clinical experience working as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem, previously working in Therapeutic Foster Care and as a Psychotherapist. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science from Central Connecticut State University and earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Saint Joseph. I have worked in various professional settings through direct practice and in social advocacy. I have worked alongside state non-profits in child welfare, as well as school base counseling and outpatient clinics.
