I am a licensed clinical social worker, who uses CBT, REBT and others modalities to assist individual, group, children, adolescents, and families to assist each person with the individual treatment needed. I work with individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, behavior challenges, and family conflicts. I provide therapy with an unyielding level of respect for the individual path and circumstances of every person who I have the privilege of helping. I received my Social Work degree in 1997 and spent many years working in hospitals. I worked in psychiatry, pediatrics, medicine, and the emergency department of a level one trauma center. Many patients I saw in the Emergency Department were victims of severe trauma, including sexual assault and domestic violence. In addition to my Social Work license, I am Licensed in Education, and have many years of training in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have worked with children as a school counselor and educator. Much of my experience has been with autistic children and their families to provide support for the many challenges they face.

The program encompasses a broad range of areas, including individual and family counseling, substance use and youth development. Working with adolescents and young adults has always been my passion. As a former school counselor, I use my knowledge of the school system in conjunction with cognitive behavioral therapy to guide teens throughout their educational experience.
