In my practice, I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to young children, teens, young adults and perinatal individuals. For children, teens and young adults, I utilize play therapy, art therapy, and other age-appropriate interventions that allow them to express themselves freely, build resilience and emotional well-being. For perinatal individuals, I offer a safe and supportive environment to explore the complex emotions that can arise during this transformative period, while also providing practical tools for managing stress, enhancing self-care, and fostering healthy relationships.

Are you unhappy in your marriage or with your family dynamic? I assist clients in addressing challenges across the lifespan, including navigating stressful life events and moving beyond roadblocks to achieve personal growth. I provide treatment (and parent coaching using PMT and PCIT) to address problematic behaviors, troubling emotions, procrastination, maladaptive thought patterns, and relationship issues.
