Patients that I meet with will receive a full range of psychotherapy services. I provide parenting counseling, relationship counseling, cognitive therapy, group therapy, psychoanalysis, and anger management. Psychotherapy is available for issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse as well as eating disorders, couples therapy, individual and family therapy. HIV pre and post counseling, postpartum depression, court mandated treatment, phobias/panic attack, autism, Asperger, ADHD/ ADD, and OCD are a few of the presenting issues I specialize in with over 40 years of experience.

Board Certified Psychotherapy services provided plus NYSOP approved Clinical Supervision toward LCSW. We provide EAP services as well. Our office is private inside a modern professional ADA accessible building with an elevator. Our therapists are seasoned experienced NYS Licensed and Registered Psychotherapists who works with children 3+ adolescents, adults, couples, older adults, and provide marriage and family counseling. Our therapists have expertise in treating anxiety, depression, social phobias, substance abuse, anger, PTSD, life circumstances, domestic violence, separation or divorce, neglect, abuse, bereavement, family dynamics, etc. and provide parenting skills, work-essential skills, and more. We never double book and office wait time is at a minimum.

I have an individualized and unique approach working with children, young adults and elderly patients providing individual and family psychotherapy in the office setting. I provide mostly cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, family and psychodynamic therapies, while when I perform biopsychosocial assessment, I coordinate ongoing treatment with the psychiatrist and other specialists in order treat a patient on individual basis considering all the specific details related to his medical issues and social environment. My patients note that I create a nurturing environment for them expressing empathetic understanding and compassion to them.
