I am a firm believer that everyone can benefit from therapy. My primary goal is to make each of my client’s therapeutic experiences as comfortable and safe as possible. I have worked with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors. Using a client-centered approach, I work with my clients to develop positive coping skills in order to tackle life’s stressors. I have experience working with clients with a variety of diagnoses, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.

As a former school counselor, I use my knowledge of the school system in conjunction with cognitive behavioral therapy to guide teens throughout their educational experience.
