HI, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of NY. I have over 10 years’ experience in the field and have worked with patients from early adolescents to late adulthood. I have worked with issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, anger management and family issues, to name a few. My personal approach is time structured. I do not believe in keeping patients longer than needed. Cognitive re-framing uses cognitive behavioral techniques to identify and extinguish maladaptive thought patterns. Behavioral modification is used to optimize behavior patterns. Last, mindfulness practices are essential for identifying and maintaining optimal thought and behavior patterns.
