Drawing upon over 20 years of experience in the mental health field that includes inpatient hospitals, agencies, and private practice, we will use a mixture of traditional and holistic methods of psychotherapy and healing to assist and support you in achieving satisfaction and fulfillment in life. I am currently licensed in CT and NY, with an office in Katonah, NY, and am certified in telemental health.

My counseling process is a unique, whole-person approach to resolving issues, and increasing personal strengths and skills. My training in EMDR, CBT, communication and practical coping skills, and psychodynamic methods combined with holistic methods- creativity, spirituality, and existentialism- have been proven to enhance lifestyle transformations.

I am a Reiki Master/Teacher in Usui and Holy Fire Reiki, and offer Eclectic Energy Healing Sessions on Fridays and Saturdays. Our mental health sessions may include techniques from these healing modalities and metaphysical tools which will strengthen our work together to assist you in reaching and maintaining your goals.
