People are thinking, feeling, moving, relational, and spiritual beings. If one of these areas becomes disrupted it has an impact on all areas. In this view, therapy is an opportunity to bring air to the patterns and conditions we experience in a supportive way. My approach to therapy combines integrative and person-centered approaches -- via the relationship between the mind and body.

I am pleased to address everyone via this network. Over the years I have done a great deal of positive work with, individuals,couples diversified groups, drug and alcohol, children, the elderly, and women/womens issues. I do pre and post operative assessments for gastric bypass individuals. My practice is dedicated to maximizing the individuals I work with in all areas of their life, to produce absolute positivity and eliminate negative behaviors/conflicts. I also specialize in depression and anxiety. The ideal client will be dedicated to their own treatment and have a strong desire to feel better.
