Individuals can be left feeling anchorless and disconnected. Unprocessed grief and trauma has the potential to lead to feelings of depression, anxiety, and vulnerability. I offer a collaborative approach that is attuned to the client’s presenting needs. In this focused work, I facilitate continuing bonds with a loved one or assist in the adjustment to a loss or transition.

All treatment plans are individually developed and implemented to fit the needs of each client. Assist clients with identifying their strengths, while empowering them to develop coping skills and/ or solutions to presenting problems.

Clients I tend to work with are individuals, couples, and those in relationship who may identify as: unsure, big dreamers, creatives, somatically curious, spiritual seekers, longing for belonging, gender expansive, queer, non-heteronormative, neurodivergent, anxious, depressed, grieving, insecure, psychedelically-inclined, powerfully sensitive, emotionally dysregulated, substance users, attempting intimacy and deep relationship with others, and/or trauma survivors. I am offering ketamine-assisted therapy for NY residents. I am also an SEP.
