We do explore all aspects of life that are important including physical, mental, emotional, financial, and spiritual health. Typically our initial counseling sessions conversations are casual, it is a platform to ensure that I am the right fit for you.

Our clinical areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, martial issues, codependency, self-esteem, women’s issues, substance abuse, harm reduction, grief, and transitional concerns. Through evidenced based approaches, we aim to tailor our treatment approach specific to the needs of each individual. We believe in helping individuals build on their strengths, gain insight, and develop effective coping skills.

I use an eclectic style of therapy that focuses on listening, developing concrete goals, exploring your past and developing motivation and self confidence. Many of my clients are young professionals and older folks who find it difficult to change. Many struggle with depression and anxiety and work to reduce negative and detrimental self destructive behaviors. I work to provide you with the support and guidance needed to become independent again and free of depression,anxiety and fear.

Footprints was started by a therapist who realized that often times the services provided to low socio-economic communities is lacking quality care. We noticed these communities where confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved. Feel Better Therapy began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

As a licensed psychotherapist for more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of supporting people of all ages, as well as couples and families as they navigated through the challenges they faced. I truly love what I do, and I am passionate about helping people get through difficult times, helping them to be happier and more fulfilled in their lives and relationships. In order to help more people, I formed a group practice of compassionate therapists, each with their own unique style and set of skills, and a passion for helping others.

Our individual therapies include play, creative arts and talk therapy for children and adolescents struggling with functioning in their families, school, community, and social/interpersonal relationships. Cognitive Behavioral / Behavior Modification interventions are also provided. Hope Services, LLC is located in the Mill Basin section of Brooklyn, New York. We are a dynamic, innovative, pragmatic and professional outpatient mental health service program with a patient-centered treatment model that is geared toward providing services to the multicultural community within which it operates. With a specialty in providing treatment to children and adolescents (ages 5-18), Hope Services, LLC also accepts and treats adults. We are therefore dedicated to the mental and behavioral healthcare of children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. We offer a safe, therapeutic, comfortable, and respectful environment.
