I provide children and adolescents (ages 3-19) with compassionate integrative care to meet their unique needs; this can include CBT, Play Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, and Expressive Art Therapy. To me, working with youth also means providing support and guidance to their families via separate family and parenting sessions, as needed.

I believe in the power of healing and the ability of everyone to be able to overcome trauma and adversity. Having previously served in the military and first responder, and now as a school counselor for children, I am dedicated to the service of others with a humanistic, person-centered, and strengths-based approach. My passion is in helping others heal from the effects of trauma and the many other obstacles that life will present. Often times the hardest step is the first step.
