Sarah Bauer, LMFT, CBT, CCTP, CEAP is a licensed marriage and family therapist dedicated to working with couples, family, and individuals in therapy. She is a systemic and integrative therapist that utilizes various approaches such as cognitive behavioral, solution focused and mindfulness practices to create an individualized approach for each client. Sarah is passionate about providing a safe space where clients can feel empowered, confident, and validated. She believes that trauma does not have to be a common fixture in our lives and through the therapeutic process, growth and healing is possible.

I enjoy working with children ages 5+ and teenagers. I am able to quickly build rapport and help them identify appropriate coping skills or understand behavior patterns. Although, I enjoy working with all ages to provide a safe space for exploration and a deeper sense of self.

Dr. Meg is a licensed psychologist who specializes in working with children, adolescents, emerging adults, and families. She has expertise treating interpersonal trauma using relational and psychodynamic frameworks. She offers individual, group, and family psychotherapy, as well as consultation, training, and supervision. Dr. Meg is able to provide teletherapy and assessment services to clients in PSYPACT states.

I am a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University working toward licensure under the supervision of our director Steven Durost. I have experience in both community mental health as well as in private practice through my internship experience here at C.R.E.A.T.E! I have worked with a diverse group of clients of all age groups. In my free time, I enjoy theater, music, video games, and reading, and I love anything to do with animals.
