I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist serving NH clients remotely or in-person at my Greenland office. With my compassionate guidance, children and adults feel understood and can safely process their feelings and experiences in order to access tools for healing and growth.

Let me start off by saying that I am not a big fan of this picture. This being said, therapy is not magic, but people helping clients to regain perspective so they can either tap into their strengths again, or learn new skills to enhance their lives. I have been able to support people in accomplishing this for quite a long time now and fully believe my work is simply changing things up enough so you can see your strength and then put it back into action

The stressors of life can have profound impacts on youth. I provide children and adolescents (ages 3-19) with compassionate integrative care to meet their unique needs; this can include CBT, Play Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, and Expressive Art Therapy. To me, working with youth also means providing support and guidance to their families via separate family and parenting sessions, as needed.

Many of my clients are those who do not want to be put on medication, if they can avoid doing so, as well as wanting to get to the root of their issues rather than putting a band-aid on symptoms. Welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist and certified school psychologist with over twenty years of experience. I work primarily with children, adolescents and young adults.
