Effective counseling and psychotherapy services by an expert professional!!! It is my goal to put my clients first and the challenges they face are my first priority. I have nearly 5 years of clinical and professional counseling experience. I have been considered among professionals as a highly qualified expert with children, youth and adolescent behavioral disorders, experience in trauma recovery and therapy PTSD, job and work-related stress, depression and anxiety. I provide services to all starting at the age of 4 years old and older regardless of race, gender, or religion.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages - from young children thru to seniors. My areas of focus include Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Bullying, Depression, Grief, Personality Challenges, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Alcohol and Drug Abuse. I received my early education in private parochial schools in India, and obtained a Masters in Child Development and Family Relationships. I taught undergraduate students in my university before moving to the U.S. where I obtained my Masters in Education. Following my desire to help others, I attended Wayne State University where I obtained my Masters in Clinical Social Work.

I am a psychologist in practice in Bingham Farms, Michigan. I am very experienced in doing therapy with children, adolescents, and adults, in individual therapy and in marital therapy. I have provided empathic and professional therapeutic help for many patients over my 35 years in practice. When I work with children, I also work with their parents to help them to help their child. I also regularly perform psychological testing, including cognitive and personality assessment, and therapeutic and forensic assessment.

Generally, each person and I begin by exploring the issues that has brought them to seek out my services. This exploration entails a joint effort that unfolds over time. A relationship is formed that helps us both to see more clearly how the individual is operating in their everyday life. It is through such an exploration that the individual begins to understand themselves, and, especially, their more intimate relating. I also believe that the person leads the treatment such that we will only go as far as each person desires. I can offer ideas, but, in the end, it is the individual who leads us.

As a psychologist, my primary goal is to offer the best care and support to my clients through personalized treatment plans. In addition to therapy, I conduct diagnostic evaluations for children & adults to assess concerns including ADHD, Autism, learning deficits, and cognitive executive function deficits. I assist a diverse population overcome their depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, adjustment issues, and more. I help my clients identify clear goals and work toward them. In the process, clients gain insight, understand their thoughts and feelings, and learn new skills and techniques. I understand the importance of medication for patients and collaborate with psychiatrists to ensure the best management and comprehensive care of symptoms for my clients.
