I provide in-person therapy services in Wesley Chapel, FL and online therapy services to residents of Florida and other PSYPACT states (e.g., Texas, Georgia). I use comprehensive DBT and an eclectic approach incorporating person-centered, emotion-focused, and CBT strategies. I prioritize considering the uniqueness of each client and their experience when developing effective treatment plans. I have experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults to manage problems ranging from mild anxiety to severe aggression, non-suicidal self-injury, and suicidality.

Arielle Theodore is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor of Caribbean descent who received a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health at Monroe College in New Rochelle, New York and obtained her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Hodges University in Naples, Florida. Arielle has over 5 years of experience working in the field of Mental Health and presently conducts individual and family therapy to pre-teens, teens, young adults, and the adult population.

Dr. Michelle Lake is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Qualified Supervisor in Florida. She is also an Industrial Organizational Psychologist. She received her Master's Degree in Counselor Education with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling, and a Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership with a Specialization in Human Resources.
