I am a LCMHC therapist with my Masters of Science in developmental psychology from Nova Southeastern University. I have my certification as a success coach. My specialty and experience is working with adults, children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, coping skills, ADHD, immigration evaluations, and transitions in life.
My approach focuses on cognitive behavioral techniques and evidence based life coaching approaches. Counseling is about helping individuals make positive changes in their personal lives, discovering strengths while improving weaknesses, overcoming life's challenges and so much more!
