This helps tap into their innate ability to heal and renew balance.

Healing trauma and attachment is my passion. It is my job to partner with you while we work to improve your relationship with yourself, and in turn with those around you. I am the agent to hold stress and tension with you as we work together to move past self-preservation and into healing. With specialized training in complex trauma, attachment, abuse, and adoption I work with all individuals (adults and children), and families through a variety of psychotherapy approaches determined by your needs. Mary-Eliza St.Gemme-Pate is a graduate of Western Colorado University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in School Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. Currently, she is a school counselor for an elementary school. She has a passion for working with all individuals and decided to get her licensure to become a professional counselor. At her school, Mary-Eliza also teaches a social-emotional curriculum to help children foster emotional awareness, emotional regulation, social skills, friendships, and many more skills. However, Mary-Eliza works with all ages.

It is extremely important for Alyssa to support clients in not only feeling safe and empowered but to also experience the therapeutic power of nurturing one’s body, mind, and soul. Alyssa also provides supervision to pre-licensed LCSWs and LPCs. She is currently contracted by SALT Wellness Group, LLC, located in Colorado.
