Working together as a team I can help you to gain insight and problem-solving skills. My specialty is helping people overcome childhood pain/abuse and trauma. In general, I can help you with Posttraumatic Stress (PTSD), depression & anxiety, stress, suicidal thoughts, self-injury, dissociation (including DID/Multiple Personality Disorder), communication skills, relationship issues, parenting, self-esteem, and personal and spiritual growth.
Life challenges, stress, conflict, & past memories, can be difficult, confusing, & scary. They're also opportunities to heal, grow, and transform your life. I believe in building a positive relationship/collaboration, optimism, empathy, & humor to help you better understand and heal from whatever issues you may be facing.
