Various triggers such as identity stress, loss, life transitions, traumatic events, anxious feelings, and relational conflict can start to feel unbearable. This can make carrying on day to day activities very challenging. Whether or not you recognize these behaviors in yourself, your children, or your family as a collective, we can work collaboratively towards addressing your unique needs. You are not alone in this. My passion is helping to restore relationships. The relationship can be bonded through marriage, dating, friendship, family ties, or love. I counsel individuals, couples, and families. I work with children and adults of all ages. Individual issues such as anger management, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, co-dependency, etc. are addressed one-on-one. Couples counseling and family counseling involves all parties included. There are no secrets in couples counseling or family counseling; each person is included. My fees are based on 50 minute sessions. Group counseling is available. Referrals are welcome.

I have over 10 years of experience providing emotional and psychosocial support to many individuals and families of all ages, with extensive trauma and crisis intervention. An unbiased approach to understanding Client experiences and preferences is vital. I work with Clients from across all stages of the lifespan and from a variety of multicultural backgrounds. I am culturally curious and enjoy learning how people integrate their experiences, traditions, and cultural identities in their lives. At all times I make an effort to remain easy to understand, empathetic, and in a posture to provide validation to each Client.
