I often work with parents who are concerned about their child's behavior, sleep, eating, social skills, or school performance. Sometimes, parents want to help their child cope with a separation, adoption, move, scary experience, or major loss. Other times, parents reach out because their child is struggling or hurting, or when they notice that their relationship with their child is becoming strained or difficult.
As an Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, I help kids and families connect, heal, and thrive. Working together, we can deepen our understanding of your child, strengthen your relationship, and help set them up for success. We can also set up individual therapy for your child, so they can process feelings and feel more confident and at peace.
Parenting can be really isolating and heavy, especially when your kid is struggling. You don't have to figure out everything alone. You and your child deserve caring, nonjudgmental support.
